Returns and refunds

Contact us at davila.sanchez1@hotmail.com within 14 days of delivery if you would like to request a return. Include your order number and the reason for the request. We will confirm whether the return can be accepted and provide return instructions.

Returned items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is incorrect or arrived damaged.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refunded unless required by law. If an item is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can help.

Discounted items remain subject to these return terms unless a product is clearly marked as final sale. This policy does not affect any statutory rights available under UK consumer law.
